HOW TO POST |

1. after opening your mail, click NEw fo Yahoo mail, or "compose mail" for Gmail |

2. type "mls2005@yahoogroups.com" on the space "TO:" |
|
3. Put a brief description of your listing on the space "SUBJECT:" |
|
4. Put the following on the TEXT portion: |
|
- description of your listing
- location
- price
- professional fee or commission, right under/after the price
- your full name
- name of your local board right/after your name
- contact information
|
|
5. Put listings separately unless they are all in the same subdivision or condomimium complex |
|
Notes: make sure you put the following information close together so the moderators won't have a hard time looking for them: |
- price and professional fee - close together
- your name and the name of your local board - close together
